[part 2 of 3] THE SUPERSOUL Don't worry... everything in the universe is within you Song: ANYONE -- Drops of Miracle MUSIC USED WITH PERMISSION http://www.myspace.com/anyone This text has been edited to fit the video. For the full text, please read the following: ... This individual soul is unbreakable and insoluble, and can be neither burned nor dried. He is everlasting, present everywhere, unchangeable, immovable and eternally the same. ... As the embodied soul continuously passes, in this body, from boyhood to youth to old age, the soul similarly passes into another body at death. A sober person is not bewildered by such a change. ... One who has taken his birth is sure to die, and after death one is sure to take birth again. Therefore, in the unavoidable discharge of your duty, you should not lament. ... All created beings are unmanifest in their beginning, manifest in their interim state, and unmanifest again when annihilated. So what need is there for lamentation? ... He who dwells in the body can never be slain. Therefore you need not grieve for any living being." (From Bhagavad Gita - As It Is) Translated by His Divine Grace - A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada International Society for Krishna Consciousness: http://www.iskcon.com And here's something I wrote on the subject: God is a personality. The ultimate personality. Just like we all have our individual personalities, God's is the perfect one. We are the same thing as God, but at the same time can be separate. Just like drops of water from the sea can exist individually as droplets (People), but collectively are called the sea (God). In addition to this, the sea isn't just known as a collection of drops, it's known as an entity in itself. The properties or the sea and it's drops are the same, they can be both the same thing and yet different all at once. Hence why I wanted to use this song... "(We're all) drops of Miracle in the Rain"...
