amyxshi ::: Favorites for the move at 1:09, when you do the first position (my class calls it as a tinkerbell but i'm sure your terms are different), arch your back and engage your back and stomach muscles to push your butt and legs further out from the pole. you also need to have a lot of strength in your bottom arm to keep you away from the pole. hope that helps! keep it up =) glad you got some kind of inspiratino out of my vids! 07-10-16 00:00:48 __________________________________________________ | |
amyxshi ::: Favorites great job so far! a couple tips: with all combo moves... you want to be able to get at least 2-3 revolutions in each seperate move before you combine them. it helps if you've figured out how to throw your weight so you hve the momentum you need when you go into another move right after. for example, in the move at 2:37, try to keep your legs up higher in the attitude position and you can get more rotations out of the move. 07-10-15 23:58:23 __________________________________________________ | |
